Now you're bar is not too far off from mine. I too like to run Channeling and Communing together. I don't trust the hero to place Shadowsong effectively. So I let my other Rit run a ST variant. Now for energy I Run Boon of Creation. After placing every spirit, my bar is back to full energy. Some say Spirit Siphon is better, and it may be, but it slows me down personally. Who cares if it can get stripped? My spirits are already laid out before I pull enemies. I also dropped Armor of unfeeling as well. Why? For one my energy is full, so I can recast no probs if I have to. Two, I tend to move my spirits around with Summon Spirits during battles to keep enemies from getting AoE on them.

So what do I use in my open skill slot? Well I'm kinda partial to Necrosis myself. It's a better version of Discord with a little less damage. Between spirit beatdowns and hero damage, I find that Necrosis is a handy little finisher. And with a Sunspear rank 7 or higher you're getting 80 plus points of spammable armor ignoring damage for 5 energy. And enemies always have a hex or condition on them usually.

Just my .02
I forgot to update the first picture, this is what we made after all this discussion:

^I also added an Earth Ele as a possible replacement for the 100b.

For my SoS, I energy manage with Soul Reaping, I get 10 energy while a creature dies (max 3x in 15 seconds), so I just focus on one target when my health gets low.

Oops!! Totally did not see your Necro Primary,

Why are you keeping your minions alive still? Death Nova hits for over 100 points when a minion dies as well as spreads poison. And the MM always has bodies to exploit. Your St Rit needs to drop Recuperation, Life, and Signet of Creation in favor of Anguish, Spirit Light, and Mend Body and Soul. An offensive spirit and direct heals are better than a passive spirit in your case.

Hmm, you have a point about the MM. I should probably lock that skill and micro it while we move between mobs.

Hmm, I guess about the SF, I had a few variations and some said that one I now carry was the best, I have made 4 variations:

So which one you think would do the best job?

Personally, I like Communing/Channeling ST hybrid best.

Something like:

Soul Twisting
Shelter
Dissonance
<optional spirit> (Anguish/Disenchantment etc)
Spirit Siphon
Splinter Weapon
Ancestor's Rage
<optional> (Boon of Creation or another Channeling skill)

I don't think a Communing/Resto ST hybrid has the energy management to both spam spirits and use healing spells.

I don't think a Communing ST rit with more than 3 spirits works, and with 3 spirits and no hybrid there's not much in Communing that's worth taking (hero's don't use Armor of Unfeeling properly, Dulled Weapon is pretty weak, etc)

In short, I think Communing/Channeling ST hybrid has the best energy management and utility options.

They all seem good, I have a hard time choosing :S

I'll do a test tomorrow in some elite area (DoA probably) and test these 5 builds to see which one is most efficient:

EDIT: I'm guessing it would be good to remove the rez from the monk if it stops healing, more heroes die). Option:
1. Put one on a fast casting mesmer to raise heroes quickly

I have a last resort on Paragon as well as a rez on ST, and the Ele optional.

For the last one I'd say 11+1 SP and 10+1+1 Comm.
